What is TRAQ?
You’ve seen TRAQ plastered all over this site, but what is it? TRAQ is a tool in which can help track inventory of swatches, samples, books, fabrics, or any other item that can be temporarily checked out. More specifically, it lets you track who has these items checked out, how long the items have been gone, and can generate reports of which types of items have the most interest with your clients and their customers.
Each day those items are not checked in is a potential lost sale since your staff cannot showcase exactly what products are available.
Some of the features include generating reports during the checkout process, automated reminder emails, reports showing trends of vendors or products, and batch data processing.
